1) Implement the contraception program, thereby radically reducing pregnancies.
2) Implement a crash research program to sustain life from conception to full-term.
3) Convert abortion centers to foetus reclamation and preservation centers, ending the abortion question forever.
4) educate the public that abortion (murder) is an unacceptable solution to an inconvenient pregnancy or as revenge for rape.
